How are the trees packaged for shipping?
Our ornamental trees are carefully secured in custom-engineered, heavy-duty cardboard boxes with root-ball stabilization to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.
What is your survival guarantee?
We offer a 30-day health guarantee on all live plants. If your tree shows signs of distress within the first month, contact our arborists for a replacement or store credit.
When is the best time to plant my new tree?
While planting can be done year-round in many climates, we generally recommend spring or autumn to allow the root system to establish without the stress of extreme summer heat or frozen winter ground.
Do you offer professional planting services?
Currently, we operate as a direct-to-consumer delivery service and do not provide on-site planting. However, every order includes a comprehensive digital planting guide to help you succeed.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your tree leaves our nursery, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Because we ship live specimens, we use expedited carriers to minimize the time spent in transit.
