If your tree arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, our dedicated horticultural team is here to assist with a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Document Condition

  For live plants and trees, please attach clear photographs showing the current health and condition of the specimen to ensure safe transit eligibility.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your tree in its original specialized nursery crate or box, ensuring the root ball is moist and the branches are secured to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Collection and Refund

  Our specialized courier will collect the item from your property, and once inspected at our nursery, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
